About our session facilitators

Sarah Hunt is an Engagement Manager for Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and leads the development of Fortune 100 & 500 clients. Together with HR/L&D client partners she implements emotional intelligence solutions inside organizations from single engagements to multisite, multi-country roll outs. Her clients include the world's leading technology, transport, finance, energy, and insurance companies.

Friederike Alt is a Senior Consultant for Organizational Development at OSRAM. With a background in Organizational and Social Psychology, she designs and facilitates international development programs for leaders and high potential employees. Additionally, she has rolled out agile workshop formats world-wide and coaches clients internally and externally.
