Miroo Kim is a Business Development Manager at Facebook and has previous held strategy, marketing and operations roles at Apple and Microsoft. In addition to SIY, she is a certified teacher for yoga, Compassion Cultivation Training®, and loves to share the mindfulness practices with leaders and organizations to create the state of well-being for people.

Yves Givel is presently VP of Human Resources for the EAME and Southwest Asia region at Hyatt Hotels, and has worked in a variety of HR leadership roles on property, regional and corporate level across more than 12 countries. He is located in Zurich, Switzerland.

Rich Fernandez is currently CEO of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and was formerly director of executive education at Google. He has also held senior roles with eBay and JPMorgan Chase, and co-founded Wisdom Labs.
