The rigorous and science-based Search Inside Yourself program was originally developed at Google and has been received enthusiastically for organizational and individual development. SIYLI shares the SIY program in several ways: through public/open-enrollment programs, training teachers to share the SIY program, and through client organizations that train their employees.

The SIYLI Outbound Engagement Manager would be a part of the team that works with clients organizations- what we call the Direct team. We work with a wide range of organizations, from tech companies to government agencies, from manufacturing to professional services. The SIY program is offered to employees within these organizations in many ways as well, generally as either a wellbeing or skills training program or as a leadership development program.

SIYLI recruits people who are talented, committed, inspired, and great to work with, and have a commitment to self-awareness and personal growth. We then give them the freedom and responsibility to contribute to an effort that’s bigger than all of us.
